Email Julie Lund...

Julie Lund was born and raised in Wisconsin and has worked in the news business in this state since 1995. Lund graduated from UW-LaCrosse with a degree in Mass Communications. She started her career at WJFW in Rhinelander near her hometown of Eagle River, then worked at WKOW in 1999-2000 before going back up North for a few more years to anchor the 6 and 10 pm news. In 2005, Julie and her family decided Madison was the place to be and returned.

Julie and her husband are proud parents of Lexis Olivia, born in June of 2004. They live in the town of Middleton (best town in America to live according to Money Magazine 2007!) They also have a dog, a standard poodle named "Brokaw".

Julie is all Wisconsin at heart. She loves the Packers, camping, shopping and traveling.

Julie was recognized by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association with a 2005 Merit Award for an investigative story she did on the misuse of a time-out room at a Monroe Elementary School.
