Madison- New UW Football head coach Gary Andersen touched town safely at Wisconsin Aviation late Wednesday afternoon.  The University and airport personnel did their best to shield him from view, and he wasn't made available to the media in any way.

Andersen comes to UW after 4 seasons at Utah State.  The Aggies were 11-2 this past season- including a 16-14 loss at Camp Randall.  Andersen's team lost 2 games by a total of 5 points en route to winning the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl- the school's first bowl win in 19 seasons.
