MADISON (WMSN) -- Despite what looked like an amazing a fourth quarter comeback, the Green Bay Packers weren't able to pull of a win, leaving fans reflecting on the season, and the future of their football team.

"It's a good team," said Rashid Harun, fan. "They're young, which means they'll be good for a while, especially of they have aaron Rodgers. So, I think it's a bright future."

"They had a good season," said Becky Hanson, fan. "They pulled it together in the last half of the season. They have a lot to look forward to nex year."

"Their defense changed over the year," said Mike Browning, fan. "It's definitely better. Aaron Rodgers is a great quarterback. He's one of the best in the league right now."

A loss means no chance for a much hyped NFC championship game between the Packers and Vikings -- something nearly every fan at was looking forward to.

Number 4 will lead the Vikings playoff charge next Sunday, all while Packer fans and players watch from home.

Said fan Dave Retelle," Watching Brett Favre is fun, but it brings back feelings like we want to pretty much take care of business."Despite playoff loss, fans optimistic about Packers
