This is how this entry will be judged. Describe how much time and effort you have spent in learning skills, training in your area of discipline, number of performances, lessons, showings, awards, recordings, independent studies, community organization memberships or church group memberships. Also describe how you plan to achieve your artistic goals. 500 words or less.

If you are nominating yourself you will receive information from UW Platteville. If you are selected, you and your parent or legal guardian will be required to sign a winners release form within 3 days of notification.
